As per Enneagram Institute, there are 9 personalities to discover using a test.

Some companies use it to identify new hires if they fit the role or not. Others use it to gain better understanding in general, some don’t use it at all!

Losing a connection to ourselves due to environmental dysfunctions is understandable, but that doesn’t mean it won’t become an issue later on, especially if one is in a position of weakness.

Mahatma Gandhi, or Nelson Mandela were the Idealist personality (also known as the reformer). They have a desire for justice and equality, and are motivated by a strong sense of right and wrong, aka ethics.
